Shipping: We ship worldwide from Costa Rica and Perú depending on where we have your painting and charge a flat rate of $150 USD to send the painting. Standard international delivery takes 10-21 business days depending on your location and customs processing. All artworks are professionally packed for maximum protection. A tracking number is provided for every order so you can follow your artwork’s journey. Please note that customs duties and import taxes are the buyer’s responsibility and vary by country.

Returns: We want you to love your artwork. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price (excluding original shipping costs). The artwork must be in its original condition and packaging. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility. If your artwork arrives damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and we will arrange a replacement or full refund including shipping.

How it works:

1. Initial consultation via WhatsApp to discuss your vision, preferred size, style, and themes
2. We match you with the ideal artist and provide a detailed quote
3. 50% deposit to begin the creation process
4. Progress updates with photos throughout the process
5. Final approval, remaining payment, and worldwide shipping

Typical timeline is 4-8 weeks depending on the complexity and size of the piece. All commissioned works include a certificate of authenticity.

For collectors: We act as a trusted intermediary between you and the artist. Buying art directly from artists abroad can come with challenges — language barriers, complex international logistics, and the risk of losing your investment. Amazonic Art guarantees secure shipping, professional packaging, tracking on every order, and a 14-day return policy. You can buy with confidence knowing your purchase is protected.

For artists: We let each artist set the price of their own work. We charge a small service fee that covers marketing, photography, website listing, customer support, payment processing, and international shipping logistics. This model allows artists to focus on creating while we handle everything else. We also purchase select artworks ourselves to display at exhibitions, primarily in Costa Rica.

Do you offer certificates of authenticity?

Yes! Every artwork comes with a certificate of authenticity documenting the origin, cultural significance, and techniques used. This certificate serves as your guarantee of an original, ethically sourced piece of amazonic art.

How should I care for my artwork?

To preserve your artwork's vibrancy, display it away from direct sunlight and extreme humidity. For canvas pieces, dust gently with a soft, dry cloth. Framed works can be cleaned with standard glass cleaner on the glass surface. If you have specific care questions about your piece, reach out to us via WhatsApp.
